In certain cases, it is necessary to introduce the sperm mechanically inside the ovule. This technique will provide us with more security and information by directly observing the ovule in the microscope.
The subsequent development of the eggs fertilized in the laboratory is essential to choose embryos with the greatest potential to achieve that pregnancy. Transfer is usually done within 3 days, except in those cases in which wait 5 to 6 days provide greater chances of success.
